All items are made-to-order by me, a busy mom of 2, so please allow at least 7 days for your package to be shipped.  (I don't use anyone else to make my bows or even prepare ribbon or clips ~ I appreciate your patience!)  Most orders ship within this time, but there may be a slight delay during busy seasons which will be noted on my home page and at the top of this page.  I will notify you if there will be a further delay in processing your order.  Once your items are ready, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your Itty Bitty Bowtique order is on its way!

Items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped Priority Mail within the United States for a flat $4 ~ no matter how many bows, clippies, headbands or streamers you order!  (Priority Mail to Canada is $10, but I am willing to ship First Class for some orders ~ just ask!)  If you live outside the United States or Canada, please contact me for a shipping price.

Are you a local customer?  Just choose the local customer option at checkout and pick up your bows at my home when they are ready.  Or we can arrange a time and location that is convenient for both of us.
